Introducing Chef Kei 🇵🇹 🇲🇴 🇲🇾 🇬🇧 's new special~ these fall-off-the-bone aromatic coconut beef ribs have been slow-cooking for 6 hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender. The medium-spicy coconut broth infuses the meat with a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the crunch of fresh gailan. Topped with chopped Chinese garlic stems—adding the perfect pop of garlicky freshness to every bite. 🌿✨
