Risotto Pescatora. Carnaroli rice cooked slowly, tossed with mixed seafood, garlic, white wine, and tomato sauce.

This is not a quick dish. No no. This is patience, respect, and a little bit of drama in the pan.

The rice stays creamy, the seafood brings the flavour, and suddenly the whole table goes quiet for a moment… because everyone is eating.

That’s how you know it’s good.

In Italy, the best summer evenings are never rushed.

A good table, familiar faces, a glass of wine, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal together.

Here in Edinburgh, when the sun decides to stay a little longer, we like to do things the same way.

Step inside, settle into a cosy corner, and enjoy a little taste of Italy in the heart of the city. The pizza oven is warm, the wine is poured, and there's always room at the table for one more.
