We like to keep things effortlessly cool down here on South Clerk Street. We’re family-friendly, 100% dog-approved, and yes, we’re still riding the high of that one time Nirvana played an impromptu acoustic gig on our barstools back in ‘91.

It’s Negroni Week, and while we have five wild twists on the menu, nothing beats the headliner pictured here: our Classic Negroni made with Campari and local Edinburgh Gin.
