The June Malt of the Moment at Ryrie’s is The Scapa Distillery 10-Year-Old.

A refined single malt with subtle tropical fruit notes, matured in ex-American oak for a smooth, balanced finish.

Hailing from Orkney and founded in 1885 overlooking Scapa Flow, it’s one of Scotland’s most northerly distilleries.

Available by the dram for £5.60 throughout June.
