Our newly launched alcohol free pairing by has been going down a storm this week.

Working with our wine team, we looked at how the structural elements and flavour profiles of paired wines complement the menu and built a non-alcoholic program to mirror those characteristics. Most of the pairing is inspired by specific styles of wine and uses a mix of fermentation, infusion, cocktail techniques and foraged ingredients where possible. 🍷
