Next time your mind goes blank, bring one of these topics to your session:
¿ The "Oops, I lied" moment: Contess what you downplayed or conveniently left out last week. (They expect this!) y The boring baselines: Sleep, appetite, and energy changes. Your body's data tells a huge story.
The tiny trigger: That one offhand comment from a coworker that inexplicably ruined your Tuesday.
X The feedback loop: Tell them which coping skills actually work and which ones feel like a complete waste of time.
*t The plot twist: Share a win. A boundary you held, a spiral you stopped, or a moment of unexpected joy.
Save this list for your next appointment or just hand your phone to your therapist and say, "We are doing this today." We know it can be difficult and it's our job to make it easier.

Mollie
1 November 2012 – 19 June 2026

Today we say goodbye to our dear friend Mollie, who spent a lifetime visiting our coffee shop and becoming part of its story. Whether she was patiently waiting for one of her favourite cheese scones or simply bringing smiles to everyone she met, Mollie was loved by staff and customers alike.

Her gentle presence, loyal companionship, and kind eyes will be deeply missed. The shop will not feel quite the same without her.

Thank you, Mollie, for all the joy, warmth, and memories you gave us over the years. Rest peacefully, beautiful girl. You will always have a place in our hearts. ❤️🐾
