This year, our team will take a well-deserved break from 23rd throughout 25th December, which means we will be closed to celebrate with our loved ones ❤️

We are open again from 26th December and, as a good alternative to cooking the 1st January, you can book a table with us 😉

✨️Kataifi Hotate - a crispy fusion delight✨️

Hand dived scallops wrapped in kataifi and paired with a yuzu dip, falling apart as you crunch. But what exactly is kataifi? 🤔

A traditional pastry originating from the Middle East, made from thin, shredded phyllo dough. It’s often used in desserts, but its unique texture has made its way into savoury dishes like ours, adding a satisfying crunch to tender seafood like hotate (scallops) 🍤

Rich history and modern flair - a true celebration of flavour and texture! Also, just so pretty, right? 🤩📸
