Bakers - A little more info
Experience is preferable but if you are hard working and motivated then we are more than happy to invest in you.
We are more interested in the right person for our team.
You must be available at weekends and able to get to the unit for 6am. This is not a short term role, we are looking for someone who wants to build with us.
We work 10 hour days 4 days a week. We have a great structure for internal promotion and want someone who is looking to make this a career. I believe we are a great place to work but we do have a particular way of working and expect the successful candidate to be someone who wants to continuously improve with the business.
Bottom Line for all roles - If you’re hard working and looking to learn, that’s all we are interested in.
