We couldn’t resist looking back at this unforgettable evening.

Co-hosted with Gosford House, the night brought together an immersive experience shaped by incredible food, storytelling and a truly special setting.

Guests journeyed from the Marble Hall through to the Saloon and Dining Room, enjoying a carefully curated dinner before ending the evening in our bespoke gambling den.

Brought to life by the brilliant Longniddry Players, with a mystery written by RL Duncan, it was an experience to remember.

A pleasure to work alongside such talented partners.

Last month took us to the beautiful island of Orkney, where we were proud to support the 25th anniversary celebration for Pentland Ferries, delivering the food and drink experience for the event.

The event began with a reception and canapés, followed by a gala dinner, with a focus on using as many local food and drink suppliers as possible. With the help of fantastic partners, it was a very special event to be part of.

Corporate events call for a different kind of precision.

Discreet service, thoughtful menus and a highly coordinated team allow hosts to focus on their guests , not the logistics. Last year, we were delighted to be invited to cater the Champagne Academy Scotland Dinner at The Merchants’ Hall, an evening defined by detail, balance and refined hospitality.

For the occasion, we designed a bespoke menu showcasing the very best of Scottish produce, carefully crafted to harmonise with the finesse of fine Champagne. Each course was curated to enhance the subtleties of the wines, transforming the evening into a celebration of craftsmanship, flavour and timeless elegance.
