Buffalo shrimp:
Lionsmane mushroom battered and coated with old bay seasoning, topped with rock salt, chilli & coriander with a side of buffalo hot sauce

It’s made entirely of lions mane mushroom, battered and coated with old bay seasoning and topped with rock salt, chilli and coriander and served with buffalo hot sauce 🔥
