Happy Friday!

International football this weekend at the Rose & Crown.

Georgia v Northern Ireland tonight, then England v Spain on Saturday.

Get in before 6pm for our Early Bird offers — selected pints £4 and cask ales £3.50.

We’re also featuring our Spanish Tempranillo this weekend, and from Friday to Sunday between 12pm and 5pm you can get 2 large glasses of wine for £12.

Sunday is slightly different from this week:

Bacon or sausage butties for £1 with a drink, 12pm–2pm.
Sunday Roasts from 2pm–6pm.

Also we have Griffs Grills right next door if you want to nip out for a burger or one of his amazing specials between 5-8pm (Thursday- Sunday)

Plenty on all weekend.

Sunday. We’ve got a fairly simple plan…

Roast dinners. Football. Pints. More football. Probably another pint. 🍺⚽

On the TVs today:

⚽ Norwich v Bolton
⚽ Bournemouth v Liverpool
⚽ Fulham v Man Utd

And while all that’s going on, we’re serving our proper Sunday Roast — beef, roasties, mash, veg, Yorkshire pudding and plenty of gravy.

Plus, get in early and take advantage of our Early Bird drinks offers before 6pm.

So if your Sunday currently involves sitting at home wondering what to do… we’ve just sorted it for you.

Sunday Roasts 12–4pm.

Roast beef, roast potatoes, carrot and swede, cabbage, minted peas, seasonal greens and Yorkshire puddings, with horseradish on the side and plenty of gravy.

All fresh and only £13.95.

Then the Manchester Derby is on the big screen at 4.30pm.

Ossett Butterley is £3.50 a pint, with Warsteiner, Camden Pale and Budvar on tap, plus Augustiner, Delirium and Schöfferhofer in the fridge.

So come down for a Sunday roast, have a couple of beers and stay for the football at the Rose & Crown, Edgworth.

Then why not ease into the evening with a few games of pool or darts while we get the tunes going.
