Featuring creamy burrata, fresh heritage tomatoes, balsamic-pickled cherry tomatoes and sweet tomato and red pepper purée, finished with basil pesto, toasted pumpkin seeds, rocket and edible flowers picked straight from the garden.

Join us for a relaxed, family-friendly evening celebrating the start of the school holidays with all the charm of a quintessential British summers evening. 🇬🇧

Expect childhood classics for the little ones (and those still young at heart), seasonal plates for the grown-ups, and sweet treats including fudgy chocolate brownies, ice cream and refreshing watermelon kebabs.🍔 🍉

With July nearly upon us, we’re taking a moment to share our favourite moments from June. ☀️

The arrival of summer brought with it a beautiful new season of English produce, inspiring a fresh wave of dishes on our menu. We introduced plates including Roasted Courgette with Homemade Ricotta, Apple & Elderflower with Smoked Almonds, and Whipped Custard, English Strawberries, Elderflower and Meringue, which are already becoming firm favourites. 🍅

The Grazing Barn was buzzing again this month as we celebrated Father’s Day with families joining us for flavour-packed street food, buttery pastries, artisan coffees, ice-cold drinks, fun games, and plenty of time well spent together. 👪

Our cookery school was filled with the aromas of freshly baked bread, smoky barbecue, and fragrant Thai dishes as we welcomed more eager students to our courses. 🧑‍🍳

Behind the scenes, our team spent time honing their coffee-making skills with dedicated barista training, all in the pursuit of crafting the perfect cup. ☕

As always, it’s a pleasure to welcome you through our doors, so whatever the reason for your visit, thank you for being part of our June!

Happy National Cream Tea Day! 🫖

Few things are more quintessentially British than a Cream Tea, and it’s a tradition we love celebrating at Eckington Manor. ✨

Whether you’re team Cornish or team Devon, we think everyone can agree that few things are more comforting than a buttery homemade scone, still warm from the oven, served with smooth clotted cream, sweet strawberry jam and a hot drink of your choice. ☕

And on a warm summer’s day, a chilled glass of fizz feels like the perfect accompaniment. 🥂

When a simple scone won’t suffice, our Afternoon Tea pairs savoury favourites, including Gloucester Old Spot sausage rolls and delicate finger sandwiches, with seasonal sweet treats, such as our new Strawberry & Lemon Tart, made with hand-foraged, Eckington-grown Elderflower.

With Wimbledon just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to enjoy our take on the iconic strawberries and cream and savour a true taste of summer. 🍓
