If you’re fortunate to be blessed by a youthful complexion, and we ask for ID, we’re not trying to be a dick.

It’s just the law.

Unfortunately, if you don’t have it with you, then we can’t serve you.

It’s not a new thing, and we’ve not made it up to be difficult with you.

I reluctantly bring this up because we’ve had a fair bit of push back on this recently, which is a little unfair on the team to be honest.

So, take it in your stride, because one day you won’t get asked anymore and you’ll wonder where the hell your youth went.

No phones, no screens, no downloading an app.

Just a pen, paper, a dodgy speaker connection, and maybe some play-doh.

I’ve also got a ridiculous amount of marble run stuff so we’ll try do something with that.

Phone line continues to absolutely do my head in, so you can’t call us. I don’t recall ever having an issue with the home phone back in the day? Is this new phenomenon?

BT said it’s an issue at the interchange. Cool, brilliant, I don’t know what that means. Maybe try the outerchange?
