🚨 Head’s up! 🚨

As this heatwave shows no sign of letting up, we are adjusting our opening hours slightly next week ☀️

From Monday 13 July to Friday 17 July, we will be open from 08.00 - 15.00 to allow the cafe ladies a slight reprieve from the hot kitchen!

This weekend, we’ll be open as usual. Thank you for your understanding 🤗

Fleming Park is the place to be when the sun is shining and we’re looking forward to you joining us for this free-entry, family-friendly event! ☀️

A very special planter has been installed on our patio, in memory of Alison Mears - a long-time Blackbird Cafe regular and beloved Eastleigh parkrun Event Director who left us last year 💖

The planter was finished just in time to witness a special fancy-dress Parkrun held this morning in Alison’s honour.

Beat the heat with a nice cool treat at The Blackbird Cafe! 🥵

If you’re out enjoying the sunshine in Fleming Park, we have plenty of ice cream, ice lollies, iced coffee and milkshakes to help keep you cool! 🍦

Our canine customers should stay indoors during these sweltering conditions - but if you’re out for a walk before the heat of the day hits, we have doggy ice cream and water too! 🐶
