Grateful doesn’t even come close to how I would describe the last few days. I couldn’t even put into words what a milestone this is for my family and I.
I can’t wait to share all the content with you over the coming weeks.
We are beyond grateful to Randy, Katina and Franco for taking the time to not only come to Eastbourne and do the challenges they did but for speaking to everyone at the event, signing autographs, hosting and creating such a special atmosphere, taking time to get to know our wonderful team here. I could go on.
I’m so proud of the team and everything they achieve every day. Making people feel special here, our head chef and kitchen team putting in so many hours to make sure every meal is as special as the last for every single person that walks through our diner doors.
We’re creating something special here and we aren’t done yet!

BIG thanks to everyone with Hs Diner in Eastbourne, East Sussex, England for the wonderful hospitality the past two days!! We had a day off penciled in yesterday, until learning about H’s “House Reckoning” 40oz Beef Burger Challenge!! It had literally been undefeated for over 15 years!! Due to the 400 g (1 lb) sourdough bun and also because Europeans generally like their hamburgers cooked up to over 225 degrees F (107 degrees C), nobody had been able to finish within the very short 30 minute time limit. There was a 40 ounce patty topped with onion rings, bacon rashers, 8 hash browns, cheese slices, and healthy vegetables, served with 2 orders of chips / fries. I was trying to win my £55 burger meal free and the first spot on H’s Wall of Fame!! Katina Eats Kilos and I are now on our train to Portsmouth and we look forward to meeting everyone at Piecaramba tonight at 4:30 pm GMT for their “Piescraper” Pie and Mash Challenge!!
