It’s our last weekend…

Mixed emotions over here of both sadness to say goodbye to Company and excitement fo what’s to come with & 🥲😆.

The sun has come out for our last two days, we still have some availability if you book on our website or pop in.

Bottomless brunches, lazy lunches and delicious dinners are all waiting for you 🥰.

🍸COMPANY’S ESPRESSO MARTINI🍸

A favourite cocktail from the last few years and one that we will be handing over to & so we thought we would share the recipe with you guys too 🍸.

I’m sure you’ve guessed by now that one of the reasons we love this cocktail is that coffee is our passion ☕️.

We use our very own roasted coffee (which you can buy directly from us in store or online) for an authentic Company cocktail 😉.

INGREDIENTS:

Double shop of Nelson Coffee Roasters ‘Espresso Roast’
Absolut vodka infused with vanilla essence - 40ml
Fair Coffee liqueur - 40ml
Butterscotch syrup - 25ml

METHOD:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Sit back and enjoy.

Don’t forget it’s .eastbourne last ‘Two For One Cocktails’ tonight and tomorrow (Friday & Saturday) from 5pm-6pm. Don't forget to book your table!

If you try your hand at making an Espresso Martini at home this weekend don’t forget to tag us or send us the results, we would love to see them!

📣BIG NEWS UPDATE📣

As a business we’re always looking for ways to progress and deliver exciting and modern hospitality experiences that are aligned with our passions.

So, following a recent time of reflection, some back and fourths, and endless cups of coffee, we have made the decision to permanently close Company Eatery as of 15th May, to make way for an exciting new opening!

What a fun ride the last few years have been at Company, with particular highlights being featured in Conde Naste, national newspapers and reaching number 3 out of 311 restaurants in Eastbourne on Tripadvisor to name a few. Alongside, serving all of you our signature dishes and show-stopping cocktails.

But don’t worry the end of Company sees a new chapter for our sister .

Our passion kept drawing us back to where it all started, our first love - Coffee!
So we are delighted to share with you the very exciting news that Nelson Coffee is growing! .eastbourne will now be the home of Nelson’s second site: NELSON COFFEE - THE ROASTERY, by day and Four Bears Burger Club & Cocktail Bar by night.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be donning our overalls, as we work on transforming the space and installing our very own coffee roaster, to roast speciality coffee on site! We’ve recently shared our story that all started with the perfect cup of coffee… well now we will get to practice our passion 24/7! And you can join us on this journey too!

Again we thank you for all of your support for Company over the last few years, we would love to see you all over the next few days for Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and everything in-between. Our last service will be our famous sharing Sunday lunch this Sunday- (grab the last spaces by booking on our website).
