With the summer season slowly coming to an end, our dinner menu is changing! We have slowly been making alterations along the way to suit what's in season so keep an eye out for menu changes

If you want to catch the last few weeks of summer and join us for the final changes of our summer dinner then book a table! Walk ins are always welcome too

Supplier highlight - Shrub 🌾

We work with Shrub who are based in Brighton, they work directly with over 60 farms to produce some of the best fruit and veg around! We can always rely on them to deliver tasty, fresh and exciting produce. We usually get our delivery on Fridays so our chefs can prepare it all ready for dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings. They’re always giving us something new to try and every time we are blown away with the flavour!

Shrub are incredibly passionate about what they do and we feel very lucky to be able to work with them!

One year of Skylark 🎂

Thank you for all of your support throughout our first year at Skylark, we really wouldn't have got through our first year without so much love from the community, our staff and suppliers. Thank you for trusting us and continuing to show up!

This year has absolutely flown by, where has the time gone?! We really feel like Skylark is our home and we have made it our own over the past 12 months. This is only the beginning and we can't wait to see what these coming years ahead have in store for us!

What's your favourite moment from our first year at Skylark?

Charred leeks

We char the leeks so they steam in their own skins making them super sweet and slightly smokey. Served on a base of romesco made with traditional Nora peppers and lots of fruity olive oil. Topped with Sussex slipcote, a local sheep's cheese and dressed with an oil made from the leek tops.
