Experienced in great restaurants? We’d like to meet you.

We’re looking for an accomplished front-of-house professional to become part of our small team at Fig.

This is for someone who already understands restaurant service: how to welcome people properly, anticipate what a table needs, talk naturally about food and w**e, keep service moving and remain completely unflustered when things get busy.

We’re deliberately looking for quality and experience rather than lots of applicants.

It’s a permanent weekend commitment — Friday and Saturday evenings each week, with holidays arranged in advance — so it needs to suit someone who can genuinely make those two evenings part of their regular week.

In return, it’s a lovely little role in an ambitious independent restaurant, working just two evenings while earning £13 per hour plus very good tips. For the right person, that can add up to around £1,000 a month in additional income.

Perhaps you already have another job. Perhaps you used to work in restaurants and miss it. Or perhaps two good shifts a week fit your life rather better than five.

If you’re genuinely experienced in quality hospitality, we’d be very pleased to hear from you. To apply, email your CV and a covering message to Francis at [email protected]
