Let’s talk Saturdays……. Yesterday I was super busy, one of my busiest Saturdays in the last few weeks, I only have so many seat, and I am only 1 person, I had to turn people away yesterday afternoon and I’m really sorry for this 😔 and it actually made me upset 😢 but I was so overwhelmed with food orders there was up to a 45min wait for food……. Working in hospitality you just never know how busy or quiet you will be from 1 day to the next, as you know I now have taken on staff BUT I as a small business cannot afford full time staff 😔 due to the financial costs on small businesses that having staff entails these days 🙄 I know sometimes eating out is a spontaneous decision but if you are looking to come in on a Saturday please book a table where you can, this means I can manage table turn arounds & staff between peak times. Thank you for your continued support ❤️ I am as ever truly great full to you all for keeping my business open ❤️
