Still absolutely buzzing from Street Art Takeover: Launch Night! feat. Cassettelord, Das Stig, Jeremy Cunningham & more! last week. Thanks for everything Creative Eastbourne ❤️

WHAT A NIGHT⚡️

A massive shout-out to everyone who came down to the launch night of the Foundry Coffee Street Art Takeover last week. The place was absolutely buzzing - great people, incredible artwork, & a proper sense of community.

Huge thanks to every artist involved for trusting us with your work, everyone behind the scenes who helped make it happen, & every single person who came through to support the event, the artwork & the charities.

If you missed it, the exhibition is still running at Grove Road until June 03rd - so there’s still plenty of time to come down, grab a coffee & check it out ❤️

Bright, bold, & borderline addictive 💚

Our signature Green Eggs features expertly poached eggs stacked on a crispy courgette & corn fritter, loaded with wilted spinach & a punchy hollandaise verde.

Be sure to make the right decision this morning!

We're not reinventing breakfast - we're just doing it properly.

The Foundry Eggs is where it all lands. Perfectly poached eggs, streaky bacon, a velvety brie butter sauce & cranberry jam on sourdough, finished with a crisp garden herb pangrattato.

Simple ideas. Better ex*****on. 🍳
