Having been vegan for the last 5 years and vegetarian for 25 , I have developed a passion for producing good wholesome food without the need for any animal ingredients. My aim is to get past the label that 'vegan food is boring and tasteless ', I fed my mum vegan pies for years before I told her that they didn't actually contain meat !
