🎄 FEELERS OUT: Potential Festive Pop-Up & Makers Collective in Retford Town Centre! 🎄

Calling all local independent traders, craft makers, artists, and seasonal producers!
We are exploring the idea of opening the doors to No. 5 into a collaborative Festive Pop-Up Shop for November and December—and we want to see if there is enough local demand to make it happen!

🛍️ Retford Christmas Market (Sun, Nov 29th, 10am–6pm): Front-row indoor exposure for the town’s biggest festive shopping event.

And just like that, the final curtains have closed on No. 5. 🥂✨
Last night was everything we could have hoped for and more. To look around the room and see it filled with our incredible family, our dedicated staff, and customers who have truly become lifelong friends was the greatest send-off we could have asked for.
Two and a half years ago, this started as a dream. It brought us unforgettable nights, immense pride, and—admittedly—some of the toughest challenges behind the scenes. But standing there last night, surrounded by so much love, laughter, and empty w**e bottles (thank you for helping us clear the cellar!), every single bit of hard work was worth it.

Out of everything we built here, one of my proudest achievements has been watching my two daughters take their very first steps into the working world within these walls. No. 5 was their first workplace experience, and seeing them grow, find their confidence, and learn the true value of hard work has been an absolute privilege.
To my family, especially my daughters, Stew and my Dad whose hands have repaired, built and decorated this beautiful space—thank you. To the staff who stuck by us and poured their all into every service—you are the BEST and to our community—thank you for making No. 5 a part of your lives.
We came, we cooked, we celebrated, and now we'll hand over the keys. 🔑❤️

Our kitchen is officially on a "Clear the Larder" mission! Wes is cooking up all your No. 5 favourites and once they’re gone, they are gone for good.
We are fully booked for our Friday Closing Party, but we still have space for dinner up until then.

No. 5 wouldn't look half as good without my Dad who has been the Master of the revamp and decoration since day one.
As we head into our final week, I'm so proud of what we built together.
