PLEASE vote for Hedgehog Sue of Seventh Heaven Hedgehog rescue. We love her because she is one of volunteers but also for the many many years of rescuing and caring for poorly or injured hedgehogs. We are assisting a disabled gentleman in Retford to make a new life for himself. He is now doing really well with decluttering his flat by addressing his hoarding habit. His challenging home environment has impacted massively on his mental health so much so that he just sits in his flat most days feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. He has also been struggling financially for years. Sometimes the knowledge that people actually care, can be all thats required to lift a person's mood. We are appealing for some items to replace his damaged/not working possessions. He is in need of the following:
a few house plants to brighten up his flat, a set of saucepans, a small under worktop fridge, a 2 seater sofa (not too heavy because we have to carry it up to a 2nd floor flat!) , a single mattress, single bedding, one of those small kitchen tables where the chairs/stools store underneath and a carpet/large rug for his living room. We can assure you that this is a life changing year for this gentleman. If the items can be either gifted or for a small price, that would really help. Thanks in advance.
