🍕 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME SHIFT MANAGER
The Real Pizza Company is looking for a confident, reliable Part-Time Shift Manager to support our teams across East Grinstead and Tonbridge.
If you’ve got experience in food service, enjoy leading a team and know how to keep things running smoothly during a busy shift, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing:
👥 Leading and supporting the team throughout your shift
🍕 Making sure every pizza goes out to the right quality and standard
📋 Delegating tasks and keeping the shift organised
😊 Delivering great customer service and handling any issues confidently
🧼 Maintaining high food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
🚗 Keeping collections and deliveries running smoothly
💷 Supporting with cash handling, stock and end-of-shift checks
🙌 Creating a positive, hard-working team environment
What we’re looking for:
• Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, organised and confident under pressure
• A good eye for quality and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available for evenings and weekends as required
