If you have a love of cooking and attention to detail thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

What you'll be doing:

•Preparing and serving brunch
•Supporting a busy kitchen service
•Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards
•Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment

Skills required:

•Experience working in kitchens serving breakfast/brunch dishes
•Strong knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
teamwork and maintain high standards of service
•Competence in food production techniques, culinary arts, and presentation skill
•Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery
•Good time management

We couldn’t be prouder of every one of our amazing students. Thank you for your hard work, determination and resilience throughout the year – you’ve all achieved so much.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to support us on our very first day of opening yesterday! We are so grateful for every coffee, every smile, and every kind word. The support has honestly meant the world to us. ❤️

OPENING DAY!
The wait is finally over! Our doors will be open from 10am–4pm tomorrow, and we can't wait to welcome you.
Pop in for freshly brewed coffee, delicious cakes, and our all-day brunch menu while you get your first look at everything we've been working on.
We'll also be announcing our permanent opening hours and launching our booking system over the next few days—so keep an eye out!
