🌟 An Exciting New Chapter Awaits!

To my incredible customers after 10 wonderful years, today is our last day as the village tearoom. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without your continued support and love for what we created and I am forever grateful but it’s time to move on and bring this wonderful tearoom into 2026!
And here is the exciting part... we aren’t just closing; we are evolving to something amazing! We are setting our sights on new goals to bring you something bigger and better 😍

Say hello to nourish 🤍

We will have a fresh new look and an improved menu, bringing you the things you love. Lots of new faces and a new manager - a manager who bleeds coffee, whose passion has brought her this incredible opportunity. I’d like to introduce my wonderful daughter Sophie who has taken on this new business. Soph has spent billions of hours working on this project, she has designed every part of this project and she is beyond excited to share her work with you all so please support her on this adventure. I can’t possibly tell you just how proud I am of her, to take on this amazing project at just 19 years old is incredible and I know she will amazing. She is being supported by her assistant manager Jody who is a familiar face here in the tearoom along with her team leader Mara - as a management team go this is a dream team ❤️

But for me it’s goodbye, thank you for always supporting me and for giving me the drive to take on new challenges. I am forever grateful for what this wonderful place has brought me.

Just under 2 weeks left until we close our doors, we have lots of bits for sale from afternoon tea stands to china cups and saucers. All ready to go, just pop in and take a look 👀

After much consideration, I have decided to close The village tearoom. We will close our doors on the 25th March.

It has been a fantastic journey, and I am incredibly grateful for your support and custom over the last 10 years. Thank you to our loyal customers who have visited us daily. We have customers that have become friends and we’ve sadly lost customers that have a huge presence in the tearoom.
We’ve celebrated marriages, births, birthdays and anniversaries 💕 We have been so very fortunate to have met such wonderful customers. The tearoom has become a huge part of our customers lives and I forever grateful for the support we’ve received.

A huge thank you to all my staff (old and present) for your incredible support, work & friendships - I wouldn’t be where I am today without you!

But it’s time for a new chapter, a new start and a fresh beginning….. watch this space

Limted edtion Afternoon Tea vouchers are now available. We have a selection of vouchers that are gift wrapped in teacups or boxes. These are very limted and once gone vouchers will then be available in christmas cards. Afternoon tea for 2 is £33.90.🎁 🎄☕️🎁🎄🍰☕️. 😊
