1) Attached is the new prices for the year (note the free mixers🗣🗣)

2) Currently working out of a shed attached to the side of the marquee, Barden shed if you will. The refurb finishing will be huge. Keep your eyes peeled.

As many of you are aware our ex bar manager Will Hicks is fighting in Round 2 Fight Night Durham on 12th June against a one of those s**t blokes from just up the hill…

As his sponsor for the event, on Saturday (21st) we hosting a pub quiz in the bar to aid his fundraising efforts for the event. Now that most peoples exams are over it would be great to see as many of you there as possible. Rumour on the street is that Nic is providing free snacks for the teams that compete. Come down for the chance to get your hands on the cash prize as well as a range of other prizes including free crates of alcohol, chocolates, and more…

🇮🇪 SATURDAY 12th MARCH ST PADDY’S DAY EVENT 🇮🇪

Join us this Saturday, from 2pm to midnight, for a St Paddy’s Day extravaganza! We will be showing the Six Nations Games at 2:15pm and 4:45pm before .urey and dazzle us once again with their quizmaster knowledge 😍

We will also be served themed drinks throughout the day so keep your eyes peeled as we will be revealing them later in the week! 🍻

One final note, due to capacity restrictions in the bar places will be on a first come first served basis so be sure to come early so that you don’t miss out on what is sure to be a brilliant day!!!

SATURDAY 26th GREY BAR RUGBY DAY!!!

After an inevitable rugby floodlit semi-final win on Friday evening against Collingwood what better way to carry on the rugby fever by watching the 6 Nations in the Greyhound all afternoon and evening?!?!

Opening at 2pm, we will be showing both Scotland vs France (2:15pm KO) and England vs Wales (4:45pm KO) so don those rugby shirts, get those faces painted and come down to cheer on your country of choice!!

On top of that we will also be launching our new long College drink: 50 Shades!!!

GREY BAR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!!!

We are currently opening applications to older year students earlier than usual, with the view that successful applicants can start as early as freshers week! We are looking to hire responsible, outgoing and sociable individuals who would fit into the current community of the Bar Committee.
