Owned and run by Spaniards, bringing the authentic taste of Spain to the heart of Durham Cousins, Eduardo and Rodrigo are co-owners of Tapas Factory, both hail from the Canary Islands. The pair came to England to 15 years ago had a vision of a traditional Tapas restaurant. This dream has become a reality in the center of Durham City. Jesus, the head chef has flown in from Barcelona to aid Eduardo

and Rodrigos' vision. Jesus has worked in restaurants throughout Ibiza and Barcelona for over 20 years and can bring an authentic Spanish taste to the North East of England. Tapas Factory in Durham is typically Spanish in nature and feel. The Tapas Factory comes to life on an evening with a Fiesta style approach. Celebrations can be unique here in Durham where the Spanish flair will leave an impression on everyone who leaves.
