Noted for its regional diversity, the abundance of difference in taste and arguably one of the most popular food styles in the world we take the Italian cuisine seriously here at Italian Farmhouse West Rainton. Authenticity is what inspires our flavours, we take pride in the produce of our region

. The Mediterranean practice of using what’s on your doorstep is firmly engrained in Italian Farmhouse West Rainton. Our white fish for instance, is landed on the North East coast, our beef is reared on farms just up the road, and our vegetables travel less than 10 miles from field to plate. However, we know that only the best of Italian ingredients will do for our dishes to be truly authentic, therefore a lot of our fine olive oils, risotto rice and cheeses are imported directly from the region that inspired it.
