We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Pumphouse Tearoom. We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills and experience in hospitality. As Tea Room Supervisor you will lead the team in our newly opened tearoom - the perfect place to indulge in freshly brewed tea, scones, a variety of sandwiches and sweet treats.

Your Tea Room Supervisor duties will include:

* Delivering highest level guest experiences
* Taking food and drink orders when required
* Preparing, cooking and serving food as and when required
* Being in charge of the kitchen and keeping it in order
* Leading and coaching the team in great service
* Monitoring and ordering stock replenishment
* Supporting the Manager and colleagues in cash management, stock controls and reporting
* Ensuring regular compliance checks are completed
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

To join our dynamic team in this newly opened, warm and friendly tearoom, you will have:

* Demonstrable experience managing or leading a hospitality team
* A warm and welcoming manner, maintaining good customer service skills
* An ability to deliver a friendly and efficient service to our guests
* Problem solving skills
