𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗢…

It’s been a while since we first opened our doors.

A lot has happened since then.
We’ve grown, changed, learned, met so many wonderful people, and, most importantly, we’ve kept moving forward.

And now, we feel it’s time for Coviello to take another step forward too.

So, from 𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 we’ll be closing our doors for a little renovation.

Nothing too dramatic. Just some changes, some improvements, and a few things we’ve been dreaming about for a while. 👀

Because Coviello has always been about moving forward while keeping the same Italian soul. 🇮🇹

We’ll be back on 𝟯𝟭𝙨𝙩 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩.

And we can’t wait to show you what’s next. ❤️🍷

A few days in Sicily, among vineyards, volcanic soil and the incredible hospitality of Tasca d’Almerita.

Francesco took us through the vineyards of Tascante, with Etna erupting in the background, a pretty unforgettable way to discover where these wines begin. 🌋🍷

Moments like this remind us why we love wine: the people, the places, and the stories behind every bottle.

And yes… we already know which wines we’ll be tasting at our next Coviello Tasting. 😉
