⚠️ A message to our local community and fellow businesses ⚠️

Today, four people visited La Pasteria and complained about finding a hair in one of their meals. After reviewing our CCTV, the footage appears to show one of them deliberately placing the hair onto the plate. Shortly afterwards, while our staff were not looking, the whole group left without paying their bill.

We are a small, family-run business working extremely hard to survive and support our staff and family. Incidents like this genuinely affect us.

Had they spoken to us honestly or simply said they were struggling, we would have treated them with respect and may even have offered them some food. Instead, they chose to deceive us and leave without paying, which is completely unacceptable.

We are sharing this video to make other local restaurants and businesses aware and encourage everyone to remain vigilant. The original CCTV footage and all relevant information have been saved.
