Graziano was part of the restaurant family that served the highest quality of traditional Italian food in Dunstable for the 43 years. The Restaurant was hidden beneath the streets of Dunstable & it was a very Social & intimate restaurant suitable for a romantic, business or family gathering’s..

I’m so sorry to announce that our dear colleague & friend Enzo passed away suddenly in the early hours of last Friday morning. As anyone who remember’s Enzo will remember he devoted a big part of his life with us at the restaurant & we all know what a great person he was. I am finding this hard to comprehend & as surprised as you all will be too to find out this tragic news.
I can honestly say he was such a great guy he came to me not speaking any English to serving & entertaining a full restaurant of people & friends..
He would then sit down with the boy’s to eat what the Chef had knocked up for him to then ending up till the early hours of the morning enjoying a card game .
Just writing this reminds me of so many great night spent together. I was so privileged he found me, a colleague & friend.
Enzo you will be missed by so many.💕

And if some of you have noticed & are wondering why I chose this picture it’s because it sums up our relationship & the relationship he had with customers & friends.
So many great memories shared are just rolling around in my head..
This picture was obviously taken at Christmas he was given that Toupee for a laugh from Les Rockly as he had decided to shave his head !
It just sums up all those laughs we all had together…
Which I hung on the hall of fame wall eventually telling people who hadn’t met him that he was that X Tottenham player ‘Dimitar Berbatov..’😌
