First of the creations for this week is this beauty 👀

Another order from a repeat customer, I do love that I can create for a whole family ..

Stunning 7” Toffee Cake , Iced and filled in my signature buttercream ….. with fondant black hearts to finish off this gorgeous theme….

These sleek vintage style cakes are definitely my favourite to do, I love piping and every time I finish I think I get better and better not only at my piping skills but for flawless buttercream.

Thank you for always trusting me with your special occasions, I hope Jessica had the best time celebrating today 🖤

And here she is …… the Show Stopper of this week…. An extra special creation for my grandson , to celebrate his 9th Birthday

Now ….I am fully aware that these two team should not be put together , however Stanley supports Charlton FC , but is signed , and plays for Crystal Palace FC U9’s….. and to be honest , what my Bubba wants , he gets 😜

This has made its way down to Kent all in one piece, and arrived perfectly , as it left Dunstable…..

A stunning two tier , comprising of a 7” Toffee bottom tier and a 5” Vanilla top tier, covered in my go to Ganache….

A huge shoutout to Jess at .edibleprintco who always does herself proud when I send over my requirements…… you absolutely smashed this order for me (sorry for always being such a pain lol)

I saw for myself how much joy this cake gave Stanley 🥺 just look at his gorgeous smile in pic 7 ❤️ I am so pleased you loved it as much as I loved creating it for you…. I have loved spending your special day with you today/tonight, Love you to the Moon and Back, To Infinity & Beyond ❤️

Every year the Clarkes get their orders in early , This year they decided on a joint cake …… .st basically yet again gave me free rein on design…… her words, do you wanna try anything out just do that …..

I have wanted to try Sugar Work and some proper neat stencilling so we had a chat , I explained my ideas and this is the outcome…

7” Toffee Cake, with Vanilla Buttercream filling, iced in my signature Ganache ( she is obsessed with my ganache) a hand sculptured sugar statue for the top with both Pete and Sarah favourite chocolates , Lindt Balls and Guerlian ….. I even made some ‘crystals’ with the isolmalt crystals to give the effect on the side and back to bring in more ‘navy’

I have loved doing this creation , isn’t she 😍

Thank you Sarah for always trusting me , so so pleased you love her as much as I do

I was recently chosen to take part in a Bake Off for a NEW online baking app, full of beautiful cakes and bakes by …..

I was given a list of different recipes that I would like to try and as soon as I saw Lemon Drizzle 🍋 I knew this would be my choice (my family love lemon drizzle)

Sooo today was the day I had put aside to do this collab, get some content and try a new recipe….

The recipe was slightly different to my usual recipe I use, it was easy to follow and it baked perfectly…. A few different instructions and methods than what I am used to but I really liked it , quick and easy is always a good recipe…..

Thank you for inviting to take part and help you for your online recipe app…. It has been a pleasure and look forward to seeing the app up and running

Had the absolute pleasure of creating once again for ….. this time the special event was celebrating her daughter’s birthday…..

Jo’s daughter , is an extremely talented artist and Jo contacted me and asked if it was possible to bring her artwork to life in buttercream 👀…… I am no artist by any means but I took some inspiration from Leah’s artwork (see pics) and got to work (I even got the chance to video the making of this beauty)

A stunning 6” Vanilla Cake covered and filled in my glorious Vanilla Buttercream ….. this is the first time I have tried my hand to watercolour buttercream effects using palette knives and I couldn’t have been happier with the finished creation……

I hope you all had an incredible evening celebrating and I hope you loved my interpretation of Leah’s work in Cake Form 👀
