Determination to service! Two years ago the roots of the catering at the Kirn rooms taking shape, regardless of any difficulties.
The catering industry is one of the most difficult businesses to be involved in as it requires fortitude, a vast knowledge of legislation and legal requirements, customer care capabilities, chef standard cooking abilities, business acumen and a willingness to work very long hours for low pay with a large amount of personal investment in sometimes very challenging conditions with customers who don’t always appreciate the effort required. Our loyal customers who appreciate our efforts to serve them are very much appreciated.
