Irish Rueben toastie☘️

We’ve been testing out recipes for this weeks special at Coast Coffee!🤎

Our Irish Rueben is made up of corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing and your choice of Swiss cheese or smoked cheese (or both?).

We’ve been pairing this one with a flat white - the smooth coffee cuts through the richness perfectly… and of course one of our homemade brownies as a sweet finish🤎

Story time📖☕️

A customer came into Coast Coffee the other day and wanted to try iced coffee for the first time ever… but after a few sips she admitted she didn’t actually like the drink she chose.

So we made her something different instead until we found one she loved 🤝

Honestly, we’d rather people leave happy than force themselves through a drink they’re not enjoying.

So if you ever want to try something new but don’t know where to start - just ask us. Sweet, strong, creamy, not “too coffee-y”, whatever it is, we’ll help you find your drink 🫶
