We’re looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join the team at Milne’s as we create one of Dunoon’s favourite pubs.

We’re looking for people who:
🍺 Deliver exceptional customer service every single time.
😊 Love chatting with customers and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
🏃 Thrive in a busy bar and keep smiling under pressure.
✨ Take pride in keeping high standards behind the bar.
🤝 Are reliable, hardworking and enjoy being part of a great team.

Bonus points if you have:
🥃 A good knowledge of w**e and Scotch wh**ky.
📜 A Personal Licence.
🍻 Previous bar or hospitality experience.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people with a great attitude who genuinely enjoy hospitality. Skills can be taught – personality can’t!

A huge milestone reached…

After months of hard work, planning and countless hours on site, we’re incredibly proud to say that the internal renovation of Milne’s is now complete.

We’ve worked hard to restore the character of this beautiful old building while creating a traditional pub with exceptional standards, quality drinks and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The building work may be finished, but we’re not done yet…

Now the exciting part begins. Over the coming weeks we’ll be installing the bar equipment, glassware, dedicated w**e cellar and all the finishing touches that will bring Milne’s to life.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved so far and can’t wait to share the finished result with you all.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the project and followed our progress. Opening day is getting closer, and we look forward to welcoming you through the doors very soon.
