Blue top - whole milk, with that thick layer of cream on top - no homogenising goes on here.

Produced by our Ayrshire cows on the farm and pasteurised (legal requirement) in the dairy meters away from the parlour!

1 small herd of cows. 1 farm. 1 dairy. 1 (farmshop)

No pumping of milk into tankers. No mixing of milk from other farms. You should know where your food comes from!🐄

Did you know you can purchase our cheeses in our very own farmshop located on the farm?

We supply loads of great wholesalers and other local businesses but why not get it straight from the farm, where the magic happens?

Our cows & goats milked on farm > to the dairy on the farm (meters away) > delicious cheese is produced > to the cheese cabinet in the farmshop. It really is that simple.

We can’t wait for these girls to grow up on the farm and eventually join the milking herd. Producing milk for us to create award winning cheese on the very same farm! Talk about low food miles👌🏻

Our SHOP is open 22nd- 24th for your last minute goodies!!

Polite reminder our tearoom will close this Sunday 21st to give our staff the well earned rest over the festive period they deserve. Will not reopen until Wednesday 14th January✨

We will be working with reduced staffing in the shop throughout the festive period for all your cheese needs🧀
