In between the showers watching the house martins and swallows retuning year after year, it really is quite extraordinary.

Named after the Aiket burn which runs close to the farm.

Our take on a camebert style cheese. With a bloomy white rind on the outside filled with a firm and chalky inside. Ripening from the outside in to gradually finish as a creamy centre.

Spread on biscuits, grilled or baked👌🏻

Produced by our Ayrshire cows on the farm and pasteurised (legal requirement) in the dairy meters away from the parlour!

1 small herd of cows. 1 farm. 1 dairy. 1 (farmshop)

No pumping of milk into tankers. No mixing of milk from other farms. You should know where your food comes from!🐄
