❤️ A little appreciation post for these two!
Meet Tano & Viktorija, our two full-time chefs and the faces behind so many of your favourite Gasworks dishes!
Over the past while, the feedback we’ve received about our food has been absolutely fantastic, and we think it’s only right that the people behind it get a little recognition.
I don’t think people always realise just how much hard work goes on behind those kitchen doors.
From making our pasta sauces, preparing dishes from scratch and Viktorija creating our homemade desserts, to Tano’s freshly made pizza dough and wood-fired pizzas, there’s a huge amount of time, effort and pride goes into what comes out of our kitchen.
These two put in some serious hours, and they’re constantly working on new ideas, flavours and dishes to keep things interesting.
Running a busy kitchen isn’t easy, especially when you’re committed to making so much in-house rather than taking the easy option.
So, a big thank you to Tano and Viktorija. We’re incredibly proud of what you’re producing, and judging by the lovely comments we’ve been receiving lately, our customers are enjoying it just as much as we are!
