The audacity of this people!
First sold us a faulty car! Within 24hrs the car broke! The compressor broke while test driving the car with the dealer! We originally went to the dealer with engine concern.
Back story: We took an in house finance for the car and paid 40% deposit of the total price.
The night we got the car i messaged the dealer to inform the issue, he was easy to talk to and was helpful and keen to resolve the issue.
He returned our money, we full tanked the car, bare in mind the car was given to us empty! Literally empty. Like i said no issue, so far so good.
Moving forward, since returning the car weโve been so busy setting up our new business, nath checked where his headphones and was showing the location near my home town.
2 weeks on we tracked some movements on the airpods, it moved from the garage to somones house.
We had to cancel our plans in manila and come back to laguna and follow The tracker on the โfindmyโ app which took us to the house of the worker from the car dealer.
We played the noise from the โfindmyโ app to confirm that naths possession was indeed inside the house and it was!
Now! We got the airpods and we asked for 18k pesos to buy a new airpods and leather case, but we will keep the airpods, the money paid to us was to replace the AirPods and the case. We had to cancel our plans and wasted money on our hotel to get back to the province, i had to get my staff working on her day off to cover me costing us money, so keeping the old one is to compensate us. But that doesnโt change the fact he stole something.
Things would of been different if only he surrender the airpod from the moment he gained possession of it! But NO! He took it home, paired to one of his device and left it filthy! Aswell as damaging the case!
Nath bought a brand new airpod as a replacement. The car dealer insit i return the money paid as it wasnt theft ๐ช the item was returned? But why did he not do it voluntarily? Just because he found the airpod in the car doesnโt mean he can keep it, i must say theres so much dishonest people in this country! And that goes beyond as to my family too!
Its hard to argue with delulus! Instead we were told we should be thankful that he found the AirPods and kept it in his house ๐ช๐ซฃ๐ซฃ if the car was resold to someone or someone else could of found it and we wont be able to retrive it (regardless that is still classed as theft) so we should be grateful! His worker took the AirPods for two weeks! During those period he had plenty of time to come clean and contact us, or let the dealer know, but he didnt!
Yesterday and this is when we realised how dishonest this people are, he admitted that the car turbo was broken! Besides from the compressor ๐คฏ๐คฏ๐คฏ he said its a 2nd hand car and you buy it โas is?โ Meanwhile he issues a 30 day warranty for any engine problems ? Today he told us that technically he didnt have to fix the car as we bought the car already???? Whattttt a dealer selling faulty car? And blaming us that the compressor and the turbo broke after less than 24hrs????? How on earth? Literally how? Could we possibly break the turbo and the compressor all at once within less than 24hrs of owning the car?
The car dealer called my whole family (mums side) the TOXIC FAMILY called my sister and recorded their conversation, my own sister wanted me to get deported back to the UK? My aunt whishes i was never born! And that it was such a mistake that i was born! They even encouraged the car dealer to sue me! But sue me for what grounds?
So today we filed a case against the worker, nathan already forgave him but the car dealer cause all of this by involving my family! Ultimately pushing us to press charges. Nath felt bad for this boy! His only 21 and nath didnt want him to have a record and potential ruin his life, but his employer made it worst for him.
A little background - when i was 12 my mum was able to bring me to the UK as her dependant as i was the only one under age at the time. My brother and sister was left in the Philippines.
At the age of 14 i got a part time job, started as a dog walker to KP to chef jobs. I needed a job as i dont often get an allowance from my mum because she needs to support my older brother in the Philippines who btw is 12 years older than me!
My sister supported herself no issue. At the age of 18 i left home, it was toxic! Mum always kicking me out the house and demanding me to pay digs because i have a job! She needed that money to help out my brother.
Now - my sister is the main contractor for the local council and nearby council, supplying and building for the government. My brother was an ex councillor who never got voted for 2nd term due to corruption and beating a woman in the office! Yup! There was also issue with him milking an older man for money! While he was in a relationship with a woman!
This so called family, manipulated everything so i couldnt open a business in my home town! Corruption!!! The family house? Well I wasnโt allowed to use it afterall, ive paying my brother a rent before we even arrived in the Philippines! As he claimed the house to be his! ๐คฏ but knowingly i will never be able to use the house regardless!
I have different views from my mums family! Whats wrong is wrong and i wont hold my mouth just because theyโre my relatives!
Because of that i was constantly accused for something i never done!
ANYWAYS! Back to the car issue, while mediating with the car dealer and the police earlier, the car dealer had the audacity to mention that โmy family is so sick of meโ in short.
A car dealer that sells faulty car and employs and protecting a thief? Then blames the victims ๐คฏ๐คฏ๐คฏ๐คฏ
