Sisterpee chilli intends to introduce Caribbean street food to the Scottish market. Initially this will be carried out through development and sales of marinates, hot pepper sauces, pickled peppers and relishes, with a view to develop into a Caribbean restaurant offering authentic meals and recipes. I will be sourcing ingredients from Caribbean and West Indies where the chillies and peppers are grown and imported to the UK. I will then create a wide variety of products to be sold within the UK Market. I will be working with family members in Guyana who will grow and export the products to me here in Scotland. I intend to be selling my products through small independent outlets, street markets and festivals located at various locations through the UK.
