We are aware of an issue on Just Eat for those customers who prefer to order that way whereby customers in the DD2 area cannot place an order because the system is not showing us as online to some DD2 postcode sectors. Just Eat are working on this now and it should hopefully be sorted very soon.
Meanwhile you can place orders on our own App and website (which are cheaper than Just Eat).

Apologies for having to close today because of the frying range breaking down, and on National Fish and Chip Day too!!!!
Electricians and engineers are here now and sorting the problem. Bring back the coal fired ranges my Gran used to have in the shop on the corner of Ure Street!!
We hope to be open as normal on Saturday 7th June.

Did you know that if you order directly from us rather than via Just Eat you could save a couple of quid on each order? The prices are a bit cheaper on our App and our website than they are on Just Eat plus you won't pay their ridiculous increased service fee!

Hello!
We are still open ( as are all the businesses on Blackness Road) even though parts of Blackness Road are closed. You can still drive to the shop and park out the front as long you come up the hill from the fire station or up Forest Park Road. Coming down the hill the signs say "road closed" from the park at the junctions at Blackness Avenue and diverts you there, but you can actually continue down to Peddie Street and turn right into Peddie Street.
Doesn't seem to me they have thought this out well enough (or even cared about the impact to the businesses in the local area)!!
