‼️ Appeal for Information ‼️

They are back again at 23.00 this time on E-bikes - any parents wondering where their sons are they are down here at The Quay causing needless stress and anxiety!!

Sadly, today our business premises at The Quay were broken into.

We have CCTV footage showing one male inside the premises, with two others outside at the time. A neighbour also witnessed someone climbing the pipe at the side of the building before gaining entry at approximately 18.22.

The matter has been reported to Police Scotland, who are currently dealing with the investigation.

Later in the evening they returned but ran off when they saw we were in the premises.

This again is on CCTV

If anyone was in the area today and saw anything suspicious or has any information that could assist the police, we would be very grateful if you could get in touch with us or contact Police Scotland directly.

We would really appreciate everyone sharing this post to help us reach as many people as possible.

On Saturday 6th June, we had the pleasure of hosting the wedding of Sian and Greg here at The Quay. ❤️

Their day was filled with love, laughter and happiness from beginning to end, surrounded by family and friends who came together to celebrate their special day.

The venue looked absolutely stunning, with beautiful décor that transformed the room and created the perfect setting for a truly memorable occasion.

A polite reminder to all guests attending events at The Quay.

This isn’t a post we enjoy writing, but unfortunately damage at events is happening more often than it should.

We have recently had damage caused in our toilets, including a hole punched in the wall and a hand dryer kicked off the wall.
These repairs cost us time and money, and as a family-run business, it is extremely disheartening.

We work hard to provide a beautiful venue for weddings, parties and special occasions, we kindly ask all guests attending events at The Quay to respect our venue, our staff and the space we work so hard to maintain.

As noted in our terms and conditions, the booking party may be held responsible for any damage caused to the venue, fixtures, fittings or facilities during their event.

CCTV is in operation throughout The Quay for the safety and security of guests, staff and premises. Footage may be reviewed where damage, misuse, theft, vandalism, anti-social behaviour or incidents are reported or identified.

Our 2026 dates are:
Friday 4th & Saturday 5th December
Friday 11th & Saturday 12th December
Friday 18th & Saturday 19th December

These nights fill up quickly every year, so we’d recommend securing your date early to avoid missing out!
