Say hello to the new burger on the block: The Cuban Frita! 🇨🇺🔥🍔

Inspired by one of Cuba’s most iconic street-food creations, the Cuban frita dates back to early 20th-century Havana, where local vendors crafted seasoned beef patties topped with papas fritas (crispy matchstick potatoes) and a tangy, smoky sauce. It quickly became a staple of Cuban snack culture, eventually making its way to Miami, where it gained legendary status.

Today, we’re bringing those same bold flavours to Dundee.
