It's our spin on the classic American roll, the Philly Cheese.

Our pulled smoked beef rib, American cheese, our very own queso, grilled red onion, grilled red pepper & fresh jalapeño

Goes well with a sneaky beer and an extra napkin and a friend or two.

This weeks sausages from , the phenomenal craft sausage makers south of the border... and speaking of borders, try one of of our GF Pilsners from :

1. Peach, Basil and Goats Cheese — WTF! In a sausage? It is summer mind. British pork shoulder with ripe peach, fresh basil, and creamy goats cheese. Delicate and aromatic, with the fruit adding a gentle sweetness and the cheese a subtle tang.
2. Panang Pork Curry — British pork shoulder with jasmine rice, coconut milk, dark roasted coconut, galangal, lemongrass, makrut lime leaf, and shrimp paste. Richer and creamier than a standard red curry, with a gentle heat and a deep, aromatic finish.
3. Brazil's king of the grill, the Brazilian Linguiça. Confit garlic, port, and nutmeg in a 93% British pork shoulder base — rich, aromatic, and absolutely built for charcoal.

All gluten-free and all free from sh*thouse ingredients.

Katsu Curry Chicken

Another oldie, but one of the most popular dishes on the brunch menu... panko crumbed fried chicken on a bed of seasoned fries, bachmade katsu curry, kimchi, spring onion, red chillies and black sesame seeds.

Eggs Hebridean - this one's been on our menu for around 10 years. toasted sourdough from in Perth, poachers from in Auchterhouse, black pudding from in Stornoway, and hollandaise, made here, from scratch, each and every morning.
