Old and the New. 🥃🍎

20 years ago today, we helped run our very first cider bar. Some of you may even have memories of that special day! Most importantly, it was the very first step in the Thistly journey ❤️

Today Peter is raising one of the very last bottles from the Glen Moray Cider Cask Project in his (new to Peter)Thistle glass for its first dram 🥃

Old and new —a reminder of where it all began, the journey since, and—hopefully—the first of many 20-year stories still to be told ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who’s been part of the Thistly story. Here’s to 20 years of laughter, friendship, great cider, and unforgettable memories. The greatest privilege has been seeing the Thistly spirit shared around tables, in gardens, at celebrations, and with your nearest and dearest - Thank you 🙏 - Here’s to making many more memories together

If we didn’t actually make it (and drink it), we probably wouldn’t believe Scotland has its own juicy, delicious cider either.

When Peter started Thistly Cross, plenty of people thought the same.

We’re not exactly known for blazing sunshine or perfect cider weather. What we do have is a love of tasty drinks and nights out in good company!

So we set off around Scotland to meet some likeminded souls.
