**We're Hiring – Commis Chef**

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Commis Chef** to join our kitchen team at the Dunmuir Hotel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and eager to develop their skills in a busy, supportive kitchen.

**The Role**

* Assisting with the preparation and cooking of fresh food
* Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Evening and weekend shifts will be required
* Flexibility required as this role involves breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts

**We're Looking For Someone Who Is:**

* Passionate about cooking and keen to learn
* Reliable, hardworking, and well organised
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
* Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
