You’ll explore seasonal plants and folklore, enjoy a handcrafted two-course meal featuring sustainably foraged ingredients, and listen to live music, poetry and spoken word—including songs from Dunc Moonfull’s debut album.

Introducing BRAE at Pan’s Café. ✨

Join us on Friday 4th September as we celebrate the launch of our brand-new evening concept.

Everyone is welcome to come along, enjoy the new atmosphere and join us for complimentary drinks as we introduce BRAE.

Then, from Friday 11th September, BRAE officially opens for bookings bringing a new evening of Asian-fusion dining, cocktails and a beautiful garden setting to Dumfries.

Always tinkering... 🌿

I wanted to make Pan's feel a little softer and bring a bit more nature indoors, so I've been adding some new touches around the café. Moss letters from Etsy, a handmade plywood café sign and plenty of dried flowers.

It's amazing how a few small details can completely change the feel of a space. I think it's starting to come together nicely.

A day in the life at Pan's Café ☕🌿

From early mornings and the first coffees of the day, through busy brunch services and afternoon tea in the garden, right through to the evening clean-down and a little cleaning boogie.

A lot goes on behind the scenes, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
