Well Friday bingo night was another success, with winners taking £20 a line and £75 for the full house. Then the flyer was £130. Well done to all the winners. 💷

Another hectic weekend at The Wav….

Thursday seen us invited along to Dumfries Bowling Club for a day out, organised by Brian Armstrong from Slipstream. Was a great wee day, thanks to everyone involved…
Looking forward to the next outing 🍻

Friday was bingo night, well done to all the winners …. Some luckier than others 💷😉

Sunday StreakPie Showdown was won by Peter and Clark the runner up 🥧
Again well done to all our raffle winners too 🥓 🍳 🍻

Coming up this weekend we have bingo again on Friday night. 💷

Saturday night our football boys (Waverley Star) are holding their race night which starts at 7pm 🐎

Sunday SteakPie Showdown will start at 3pm 🥧
So plenty to keep you entertained over the weekend.

Good morning folks, just a wee run down from the weekend…

Saturday seen us dance and sing along to the wonderful Katie Mac, 🎤 🕺 who once again was amazing, 🤩

Morning Folks….
Another wee run down on the weekend events…..
Starting with Thursday, where I had the pleasure of presenting the trophy to the mixed double winners at Dumfries Bowling club.
Well done to Alexa Snape and Rab Graham 🏆
Friday we entertained the local ice hockey boys and their friends after their golf day, which was a great day for all involved 🏒 ⛳️
Saturday was my first experience at the ice hockey 🏒 Brilliant day.
The pub was also presented with Ross Murray’s match shirt which will be framed and popped up in due course.
Sunday seen Oz wipe the floor yet again to take home the very popular Steak Pie 🥧, well done to Sam on runner up.
Also to the raffle winners 🍳🥓🍻
Then finally last night we held our 8 week qualifier for our darts 🎯 tournament, which seen P.Stitt and J Roulson qualifying for the finals.
There will be no qualifiers next Monday due to the AGM but will start up again Monday 24th August

Coming up this weekend don’t forget Friday night Bingo will be on again and we have teatime entertainment 🎤 🎶 on Saturday 5pm -8pm with the brilliant Katie Mac….

Afternoon folks
Wee rundown of last weekends events
Last Friday’s Bingo night seen the winners taking £20 a line and £80 for the full houses and the flyer winner took home £150. 💷
Thanks to everyone who came along.
There’s no bingo this Friday due to a charity event but it will start up again on Friday 14th August.
Saturday we had our social club jolly away to Hamilton races 🐎 which was a brilliant day and a big thanks to Sarah for all her organising 🙌.
Onto Our Sunday Steak Pie showdown which seen Chris taking home the Steak pie 🥧, also well down to all the raffle winners too.
Back to the start of this week we had our 2nd week of our 8 week qualifier for the darts, 🎯 which again was very well attended, well done to C.Gibson and K.Paterson for qualifying into the final which is being held on Monday 28th September.
So remember if you fancy a chance to win the final prize pot which is £300 then pop along on Monday before 7.30pm and get yourself entered 💷
