Lovely July selection from growers at Glen Spean Market 🫶

Exploring our local food systems & producers has been incredibly important to us since we launched! Living and working in The Highlands can bring its own level of logistical challenges to unpack, but it is always worth it to put food on the table that is locally grown. From seafood, to meat, to dairy, and vegetables - we are surrounded by wonderful produce.

Today marks 3 months since we delivered our first service as Brae Kitchen!!

We’ve been fortunate enough to cook in some absolutely unforgettable places, for wonderful clients from all over the world and with local produce that we really care about 🫶

We’ve got some events lined up for the rest of the season that have been dreams of ours since we jumped back into the hospitality world a few years ago

We are also incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such a supportive community here - brands and businesses alike have opened their doors & responded to every whacky introductory email we have sent, scheming up something new to get stuck in to ❣️

The Highlands is an unbelievable landscape and it is full to the brim of such talented artisan makers and producers - the ingredients we have on our doorstep are a dream to work with.

We can’t wait to see what the next 3 months brings! Thank you for your support and we hope to see you soon for some lovely grub and good times x
